Mistakes happen. Here's how we handle them.
Unopened boxes — 30 days
Send any unopened, original-wrapping box back inside 30 days for a full refund minus return freight. We arrange the freight at our discounted rate and net it on the refund.
Opened boxes
We don't take opened boxes back, but we'll buy back any full unused box for store credit at 60 % of what you paid. Saves you the freight, lets us pass them on at a discount.
Damaged on arrival
Note "DAMAGED" on the bill of lading at delivery and send Nova Luxe a photo within 48 hours. We replace the affected boxes from the same batch at no charge.
Manufacturing defect
Covered under the 25-year residential warranty. Photo on WhatsApp, replacement from the same batch where we can.
