What we collect
When you request samples, ask for a quote, or message Nova Luxe on WhatsApp, we collect the details you give us — your name, contact details, and what you said. We also log anonymous traffic via Vercel Analytics (no cookies) for site performance.
What we don't collect
No tracking cookies. No data resold to third parties. No advertising network pixels.
How long we keep it
Sample and quote correspondence: 24 months. Customer order records: 7 years for tax. Then deleted.
Your rights
Email info@nlfloors.com with the subject "Delete my data" and we wipe everything inside 7 days.
