Care & warranty.
A soft broom, a damp mop, the right cleaner. That's the whole maintenance plan.
Do
- ✓Sweep or dry mop daily in high-traffic rooms.
- ✓Damp mop weekly with a pH-neutral floor cleaner.
- ✓Felt pads under furniture legs — replace yearly.
- ✓Wipe spills immediately.
- ✓Use entry rugs to catch grit at doors.
Don't
- ×No steam mops — heat breaks the bond.
- ×No vinegar, ammonia, bleach, or wax.
- ×Don't drag furniture. Lift it.
- ×No standing water — wring the mop.
- ×No rolling office chairs without a mat.
The warranty.
Every floor in the catalog carries a 25-year residential wear warranty against finish wear-through and manufacturing defect, and a 5-year light commercial warranty. Water damage from standing water, abuse, and installation error aren't covered — but a blunt scuff from a dropped pan is.
If something goes wrong.
Send Nova Luxe a photo on WhatsApp. We replace a damaged plank from the same batch where we can; if your batch is sold out, we'll work with you on the closest current colour. No fine print, no twelve-week investigations.
